PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY

 

Kaleigh Imbriale is a highly motivated strategist whose portfolio includes work with major brands like TEDx Talks, Country Music Television, Cisco Systems, and DocuSign. Her work with independent brands Live on The Green Music Festival and Nashville’s Lightning 100 (WRLT) garnered national recognition for both organizations and contributed to over $24.3M in donations raised for over 900 local non-profits.

 

As Executive Director of TEDxNashville (TEDx Talks), Kaleigh was responsible for producing the single largest idea conference in the Southeast and one of the top 10 TEDx's in the country. In her role, she oversaw all aspects of operations including speaker selection, sponsorships and fulfillment, volunteer recruitment/ management, budget and marketing.

Under Kaleigh’s leadership, TEDxNashville elevated their Women's conference to new heights with a 236% increase in sales and attendance over its inaugural year in 2018. The expertly curated speaker line-up featured actress & singer/songwriter Rita Wilson, among many other phenomenal women, and the talks for all 9 speakers have (to date) been collectively viewed over 2.1M times on the official TEDx Talks YouTube page.

 

Prior to joining TEDxNashville in 2019, Kaleigh was the Community Engagement Director for Lightning 100/ WRLT and Live on the Green Music Festival, where she oversaw all community engagement, sustainability practices, and charitable giving initiatives. During her tenure, the station had the distinct honor of winning the National Association of Broadcasters Crystal Award for Community Service for her department’s work in 2019 and 2016, and they were a top finalist in 2018 and 2017. Additionally, they were awarded the first ever Luther Award for Community Service by the Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame in 2018. 

 

Kaleigh has also served as Programming Strategist for Country Music Television (Viacom), and Marketing and Outreach for the Humane Society of Tampa Bay where she was actively involved in various employee resource groups planning employee engagement events and group volunteer opportunities.  

 

An avid supporter of non-profits, Kaleigh volunteers regularly with the Rides For Seniors, Second Harvest Food Bank, The Nashville Tree Foundation, Nashville Dolphins, Operation Stand Down & Habitat For Humanity Williamson County. Currently, she serves on the Advisory Board for Pearl Cohn's Academy of Entertainment and the Advisory Council for TEDxNashville.

 

A native of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, she received her B.S. in Communication and Psychology from Florida State University, and she is a member of Women’s Music Business Association, Tennessee World Affairs Council, and The Holistic Entrepreneur Association.
